Refund & Dispute Policy
Bareey prioritizes transparency, merchant trust, and customer satisfaction across all physical commerce and professional service orders.
- Refund and dispute requests must be submitted within 7 days of documented delivery or service completion.
- Approved refunds are credited back to the buyer's original payment channel within 3–7 business days.
- Custom orders or finalized digital deliverables may require mutual merchant authorization prior to refund disbursement.
