Account & Profile Data
Data Collected: Email, Full Name, Contact Phone, and store details (domain name, products, service offerings).
Usage: To provision your Bareey account, enable the no-code builder, connect custom domains, and send critical transactional alerts.
Usage & AI Analytics Data
Data Collected: Search queries submitted to Ask Bareey AI, storefront traffic, and device telemetry.
Usage: To deliver fast, accurate conversational AI match results and prevent abusive or fraudulent behavior.
2. Handling of Google User Data
When you choose to sign up or connect to Bareey using your Google Account, we access specific, limited information from Google solely to establish and manage your Bareey account securely.
Data Accessed:
We access only basic profile information (Name, Email Address, and Profile Picture) via standard OAuth authentication. We do not access, request, or store any sensitive Google data outside this scope.
Data Usage:
Your Google identity is used solely for secure account authentication, login validation, and verified merchant authorization. It is never used for unsolicited third-party advertising.
Zero Data Selling:
We do not sell, share, or rent user data to third-party data brokers. Your information remains confidential and is used strictly to provide Bareey's services.
3. Data Storage, Protection & Deletion Rights
We prioritize user data protection through rigorous security protocols:
Enterprise Encryption
- All data is encrypted in transit using TLS/SSL and stored on access-controlled servers.
- Custom domains deployed through Bareey receive automated SSL security certificates.
Data Retention & Right to Erasure
- You retain full ownership of your catalog, services, and profile information.
- You may request complete account and data removal at any time via our Account Deletion Center or by emailing support@bareey.com.
- Upon receipt and identity verification, your data is permanently deleted within 30 days unless retention is legally required.
